Mobile Bar Terms & Conditions

It is illegal for anyone under the age of 21 to consume alcohol at any event. We suggest that all guests have a photo ID present, the state of Virginia law requires all patrons show proof of age at time of service. We have the right to refuse to serve anyone at the event who appears excessively drunk or uses threatening or abusive behavior towards staff or guests. We will also refuse to serve anyone who attempts to provide alcohol for someone under the age of 21.  The bar staff reserves the right to close the bar at any time if they feel behavior of guests are threatening or unruly and may cause harm to others or property.  The decision on such matters will be taken by Victoria’s Mobile Events staff.

Alcohol Not Included

Our packages do not include the alcohol. You will need to purchase anything that will be served at your event, we will take it and handle the rest. We can help provide you with tips on how much to provide and how to make it a smooth process.

Liquor License / Bartender

We are a mobile service, not a "brick and mortar" therefore, for public events it will be the responsibility of the client to hold the specific ABC permitting. We will guide you through the process to purchase the 1-Day Banquet License through ABC that is approximately $40.  We will not be able to operate as a cash bar at any time. The bar area is set up to allow for 1 working bar tender for up to 50 guests.  2 Bartenders required after 50 guests.

DEPOSIT AND REFUND

A non refundable deposit of $500 is required at the time of signing this agreement. Acceptable forms of payment are: cash, checks, Venmo & PayPal. The deposit secures the event date and times for the client and is non-refundable. Clients will pay a $50.00 fee for any and all returned checks.

BALANCE DUE

Balance is due 30 days prior to event and is non-refundable.

Electricity

We do prefer to hook up to the location electricity. A generator can be provided for an extra charge of $100 if needed.
